DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Halbon Labs Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content hosted on Decidia infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below. This policy applies to user-generated content stored on our platform, including uploaded documents, session transcripts, and decision briefs. Submitting a takedown notice

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

1. 1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner).
2. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
3. 3. Identification of the material on Decidia that you claim infringes your copyright, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g. workspace ID, session ID, URL).
4. 4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email address).
5. 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. 6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your electronic or physical signature; identification of the removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, for addresses outside the US, any judicial district in which Halbon Labs Ltd may be found). Send counter-notices to the Copyright Agent above.

Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.
